MumSTRONG: Empowering Mums in 8 Weeks Our 8-week MumSTRONG program is designed for mums seeking a personalised, supportive small-group training environment. This program focuses on restoring, retraining, and rebuilding your core strength while seamlessly integrating functional movement to help you feel strong, confident, and ready to embrace life's challenges. Whether you're preparing to return to the gym, take up running, or simply stay on top of daily activities, MumSTRONG adapts to your unique goals. In collaboration with Women's Health Physios and allied health professionals, we prioritise your safety and well-being every step of the way. Plus, we make it easy for mums to prioritise self-care—babies and children are welcome in class, ensuring a stress-free and inclusive fitness experience. Term 3 start dates: Tuesday 29th July, Hype Gym, Cambridge - 10:30am start Thursday 31st July, Lindisfarne Rowing Club - 10:30am start Note: Wednesday Lindisfarne will be offered - demand pending
