The MumStrong Program
Led by qualified MumSafe™ Trainer Sarah Castley, this program is the only one of its kind in Hobart.
Running year-round and aligned with school terms, this signature 8-week program provides the ideal starting point or seamless transition back to a regular exercise routine, gym, team sport or running after having children.
Research and evidence-based, this program has successfully help return hundreds of women back to exercise safely and successfully!

What is MumStrong?

Your first step back to exercise after having children—whether it’s been 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years!
Focused on restoring, retraining, and rebuilding your core unit, this Women’s Health Physio-supported program tailors exercises to your needs while progressively applying functional movement.
Babies and kids are welcome in class.
Join a supportive community of women navigating the same motherhood journey, making it easier and more enjoyable to prioritise your health and well-being.
This targeted rehabilitation program offers:

Comprehensive pre-screening and personalised 1:1 consultation

Abdominal separation assessment (where applicable)

Weekly one-hour gym sessions over an 8-week term

Introduction or guidance returning to strength and conditioning training, including high impact activities- (running, team sport)
