As a certified Level 1 MumSafe™ Trainer, Sarah has successfully guided hundreds of Tasmanian women back to exercise post-children over the past 7 years.

My mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and energised at every stage of life. Through education, opportunity, and guidance, I empower women to understand their bodies, so they feel confident when exercising. My goal is to inspire women to lead active lives—whether it's through playing sports, running, training at the gym or simply moving with joy and purpose.
Purpose
I am a passionate advocate for women’s health, dedicated to providing a high-quality, gym experience for all my clients. I prioritise continuous learning in the women’s health space and am committed to collaborating with and referring clients onto, trusted healthcare professionals when their needs extend beyond my scope of practice.
