50-minute small-group mat Pilates, designed for all ages and stages. Kid-friendly and flexible — bring little ones along or enjoy the session solo. Classes focus on mobility, core stability and strengthening supporting muscles to improve everyday movement and complement your Strongwomen training. Pregnancy and early postpartum safe, with exercises tailored to your body, experience and any injuries.
